| 9:15 - 11:00 AM | Meeting for Worship for Business. All reports. We did not have AHYM last spring; thus, first time for reports since 2008. | |
| 11:00 AM - Noon | Meeting for Worship | |
| Noon - 1:30 PM | Lunch and fellowship provided by Phoenix Meeting | |
| 1:30 - 4:00 PM | Two separate groups will meet separately. The Queries for each group are the same: 1. What concerns or testimonies feed or require your work? 2. What challenges do you face in your work? 3. What work currently engages you? 4. How is your committee integrated into your Meeting? If it is now, what could be done to bring the work of your committee before the whole? | |
| 4:00 - 5:00 PM | Plenary Meeting for Worship or Meeting for Worship with a concern for Business if that is necessary | |
| 5:30 PM | Potluck Dinner, provided by Phoenix Meeting. | |
| 8:00 p.m | Friends are invited to stay for a Fiddler’s Dream performance, a variety of folk music performers, including guitars, base, flute, fiddle, mandolin, vocals, from Celtic to Cowboy and everything in between. Cover is $3.00-$5.00. Coffee, tea and cookies are for sale as well. | |
| Overnight Hospitality | On the floor of the main Meeting or in the homes of Phoenix and Tempe Meeting friends' homes. Be sure to indicate on the Registration form what you would like or need. |
